- Complete Application: New Service Application including all required information, sign electronically, then hit submit PDF it will automatically submitted to us.

Important Details Regarding Water Service and Payment Options:
- All new applicants for residential water services will be required to provide a refundable deposit of $250 or 2x the average residential billing whichever is larger. Exception to this requirement for existing customers with a good payment history. All other classifications of customers will be required to provide a deposit of 3x the average billing for that class of customer.
- We offer 2 automatic payment options: bank draft and credit card on autopay. Choose either of these options and Carefree Water Company will waive the $250 security deposit requirement. Both of these payment options are processed on the 15th of the month. Please note: with the credit card, the bank charges a convenience fee of $4.00 (plus tax) that is added to the monthly bill (bank draft is at no additional cost).
- Any changes or updates to automatic payment options must be submitted in writing by the 1st of the month.
- The delinquency period for all accounts will be 30 days after the billing date at which time a 10 day notice of termination of service will be rendered, all other outlined charges and provisions of our approved Tariff Schedule will apply.
