Welcome to the Carefree Water Company Community

 

Carefree Water Company is excited to become your new water provider and we want to make the transition as easy as possible. Just complete these two steps detailed below, and we will take it from there!

 

1) Fill out New Customer Application for Water Service: Complete the fillable PDF form 

Your completed application will allow us to enter your customer information into our billing system and provide an easy transition over to the Carefree Water Company. We will be sending you a New Customer Welcome Packet which will include more detailed information on the Water Company, including our general policies, billing information, and payment procedures.

 

2) If desired, choose an automatic payment method (Bank Draft or Credit Card) and complete the form:

As part of the Carefree WCP, our normal $250 security deposit is not required as long as good payment history is maintained.

Please note that choosing an automatic payment plan is the best way to ensure that your water bill gets paid on time, avoiding late fees. The Bank Draft payment method is free to our customers; there is a convenience fee associated with the Credit Card payment method. More details regarding payment options are available in the Payment Options pdf linked below. 

Under both automatic payment methods, you will receive your water bill about 10 days prior to the scheduled payment date, allowing you to plan for this charge. Choosing one of these payment plans is not required as long as a good payment history is maintained. More information on this will be contained in the New Customer Welcome Packet.
